These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.bshido.com (“Site”), operated by Bshidō Retail Private Limited (“Bshidō”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in New Delhi, Delhi. By using our Site or by purchasing from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Site.
1. General
These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including customers, browsers, and visitors. Bshidō reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated revision date. Continued use of the Site following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases from our Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and use our services.
3. Products and Availability
All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product, discontinue any item, or update product descriptions or pricing at any time without prior notice. While we strive for accurate product representation, minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, or differences in device displays.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree. Your payment and personal details are protected through secure encryption and SSL certification. Bshidō reserves the right to update product prices, promotional offers or discounts at any time without prior notice.
5. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully processed.
Bshidō reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
- The product is out of stock
- There are pricing or product information errors
- Fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized activity is detected
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer Pan-India shipping via Shiprocket logistics partners. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and SMS. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Bshidō is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural events, or unforeseen logistical issues.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags intact. A ₹100 return handling fee will be deducted from refunds to cover reverse logistics costs. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 business days after successful inspection of the returned product. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

8. Product Care and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for following garment care instructions provided on product label. Bshidō is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, handling, or storage.
9. Intellectual Property
All contents on this Site, including but not limited to designs, logos, graphics, product names, artwork, text, and images is the intellectual property of Bshidō Retail Private Limited. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without written permission from Bshidō. Media outlets, creators, or publications may feature Bshidō products only with appropriate credit and a link to our official website.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bshidō shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal information shared with Bshidō is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable Indian data protection laws.
We never sell or rent customer personal data to third parties.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site or engage in any activity that may harm Bshidō, our partners, or other users. This includes, but is not limited to attempting to hack or interfere with website functionality, copying or scraping website content, and manipulating website data or product listings.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
