These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.bshido.com (“Site”), operated by Bshidō Retail Private Limited (“Bshidō”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in New Delhi, Delhi. By using our Site or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General

These Terms apply to all purchases and use of our products and website. Bshidō reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases from our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal right and authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Products and Availability

All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any item, or update product details at any time without notice. While we aim for accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen differences.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree, and we also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) with additional charges. Your payment and personal details are protected through encrypted checkout and secure SSL certification. Bshidō reserves the right to change prices or apply promotional offers without prior notice.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This does not signify acceptance of your order. Your order is confirmed once payment is received (for prepaid) or once it is processed for COD dispatch.
Bshidō reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• The product is out of stock
• There are pricing or product information errors
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer Pan-India shipping via Shiprocket logistics partners. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS. All orders include free shipping within India. Bshidō is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen logistical issues.

7. Returns, Exchange, and Refunds

We accept returns and exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact. A return handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted to cover reverse logistics. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days after inspection. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

8. Product Care and Responsibility

Please follow garment care instructions provided on the product label to maintain longevity. Bshidō is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, handling, or storage.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, artwork, product names, text, and photographs on the Site are the intellectual property of Bshidō Retail Private Limited. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without written permission. Media outlets and creators may feature our images or products only with appropriate credit to Bshidō and a link to our official website.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bshidō shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data shared with Bshidō is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable Indian data protection laws.

We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site or engage in any activity that could harm Bshidō, our partners, or other users. This includes attempts to hack, duplicate, or manipulate website data or product listings.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
