Orders & Support
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can follow your shipment’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery through our Return & Exchange Portal. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection. Store credits are issued within 2–3 days and are valid for 12 months.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across India. In rare cases, additional charges may apply for remote areas, but you’ll be notified before confirming your order.
