At Bshidō, we want you to have a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which products can be returned or exchanged. Please go through this document carefully before initiating a request.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we will not be able to accommodate return or exchange requests.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All tags and labels are intact
- Product should be returned in its original packaging
- The item is not damaged, altered, or showing signs of wear
Please note: Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
3. Return & Exchange Options
Customers can choose between:
- Exchange for another size
- Refund to the original payment method
- Store Credit redeemable on future purchases
- Refunds for Cash for Delivery (COD) orders will be processed through bank transfer.
4. Return Shipping Cost
A ₹100 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse logistics. This applies to all return and exchange requests unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for size variants (subject to stock availability). If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose between a store credit or refund.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly attach photos or a short video showing the issue for faster resolution. Once verified, we will schedule a free replacement or full refund.
7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
All return and exchange requests must be made through our Return & Exchange Portal available on our website. Simply enter your order details, choose the reason, and follow the steps to schedule pickup.
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will collect the item within 24–48 hours from your address. Please ensure the product is securely packed for safe transit.
Requests sent via email or social media channels will not be accepted.
8. Inspection & Approval
Once the returned product reaches our facility, it undergoes a quality inspection.
After successful inspection and approval:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Store credits will be processed within 2–3 business days.
- Exchanges will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
If the item fails inspection (used, damaged, or missing tags), it will be shipped back to the customer.
9. Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Store Credits: Issued within 2–3 business days of approval and valid for 12 months.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 business days of approval to the bank account as per details provided by the customer.
Please note: Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
