We currently ship across India through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket. We are actively working on expanding our services globally, and international shipping will be available soon.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
3. Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the dispatch date. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, or unforeseen circumstances. While these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, we always strive to ensure prompt and reliable delivery.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India on all orders. In rare cases, additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-service locations. Customers will be notified in advance if any such charges apply.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment untill it reaches your doorstep.
6. Packaging and Handling
All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. Orders are sealed to prevent tampering and to ensure that the items arrive safely and in their original condition.
7. Delivery Delays and Exceptions
While we work with reliable courier partners, Bshidō is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include weather disruptions, natural events, transportation strikes, or courier network delays, etc. If a delay occurs, our support team will assist in tracking and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge. If you need to update your address before dispatch, please contact us immediately at support@bshido.com with your order details.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at support@bshido.com. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution promptly.
