At Bshidō, we take pride in delivering each order with care. Every product is handled thoughtfully, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket. We are working to extend our services globally, international shipping will be available soon.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS once your order leaves our facility. All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.

3. Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the dispatch date. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, or any unforeseen delays. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, but we always strive for prompt fulfillment.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders. In rare cases, additional fees may apply for remote or out-of-service areas. Customers will be notified if applicable.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track the progress of your shipment directly through the provided link till it reaches your doorstep.

6. Packaging and Handling

All products are checked and securely packed before shipping. Orders are sealed to prevent tampering and to ensure the item arrives in its original condition.

7. Delivery Delays and Exceptions

While we work with reliable courier services, Bshidō is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control,  including weather conditions, natural events, transportation strikes, or courier disruptions. If a delay occurs, our support team will assist in tracking and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing the order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge. To update your address before dispatch, email us at support@bshido.com as soon as possible with your order details.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or incomplete upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and notify us immediately at support@bshido.com. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
